General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of application
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract, correction possibilities
The purchase contract is concluded with Erhan Üzel.
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an unbinding online catalog. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer for the products contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by e-mail immediately after the order has been sent.
We accept your offer within two days by
- sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate e-mail or
- the payment transaction being carried out by our service provider or the selected payment service provider. The time of execution of the payment transaction depends on the selected payment method (see "Payment").
The alternative relevant to you depends on which of the listed events occurs first.
3. Contract language, storage of contract text
The languages available for the conclusion of the contract are: German, English, French
We store the contract text and send you the order data and our General Terms and Conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.
4. Delivery conditions
4.1 Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free of charge for orders with a value of 49 Euro incl. VAT or more.
4.2 Delivery options
We ship the products to the delivery address specified in the order process.
We only deliver by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. Payment
5.1 Prices
The prices stated at the time of the order apply. These are total prices and include the statutory value-added tax.
5.2 Due date and default of payment
The price is due upon conclusion of the contract, unless a later date results from the following payment terms.
For consumers: In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of 1.50 Euro per reminder for the second and every subsequent reminder. You reserve the right to prove that less damage has been incurred. Further claims remain unaffected.
For entrepreneurs: In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge you the statutory default interest of nine percentage points above the base rate and a flat fee of 40 Euro. Further claims remain unaffected.
5.3 Payment methods
In our shop, you generally have the following payment methods available.
Credit card
During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details.
Your card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
SEPA direct debit
By placing the order, you grant us a SEPA direct debit mandate. We will inform you of the date of the account debit at least one banking day in advance (so-called pre-notification). A banking day is every working day with the exception of Saturdays, public holidays throughout Germany, and December 24 and 31 of each year.
The account will be debited before the goods are shipped.
Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA ("Apple"), you must use the "Safari" browser, be registered with Apple, have activated the Apple Pay function, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. Further information can be found in the ordering process.
Google Pay
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"), you must be registered with Google, have activated the Google Pay function, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. Further information can be found in the ordering process.
Klarna
In cooperation with the payment service provider Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden ("Klarna"), we offer you the following payment options. Payment via Klarna is only available for consumers. Unless otherwise stated below, payment via Klarna requires a successful address and credit check and is made directly to Klarna. Further information can be found with the respective payment option and in the ordering process.
Invoice purchase via Klarna
The invoice amount is due 30 days after dispatch of the goods and receipt of the invoice.
Klarna may offer additional payment methods in the customer account to registered Klarna customers selected according to their own criteria. However, we have no influence on the offering of these methods; other individually offered payment methods concern your legal relationship with Klarna. Klarna Credit Card
During the ordering process, you enter your credit card details. Your card will be charged by Klarna immediately after placing the order. An address and credit check does not take place.
Installment purchase via Klarna
You can pay the invoice amount in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount. The minimum installment amount is 6.95 Euro.
Klarna may offer registered Klarna customers, selected according to their own criteria, additional payment modalities in the customer account (e.g., interest-free installment plans). However, we have no influence on the offering of these modalities; other individually offered payment modalities concern your legal relationship with Klarna. PayPal, PayPal Express
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, identify yourself with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction.
The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Further information can be found in the ordering process.
PayPal may offer registered PayPal customers, selected according to their own criteria, additional payment methods in the customer account. However, we have no influence on the offering of these methods; other individually offered payment methods concern your legal relationship with PayPal. Sofort by Klarna
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider Sofort GmbH, Theresienhöhe 12, 80339 Munich, you must have a bank account enabled for online banking, identify yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction. Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order. Further information can be found in the ordering process.
6. Retention of title
The product remains our property until full payment.
7. Transport damages
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and please contact us immediately. Failure to complain or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, you help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
8.1 Law on liability for defects
The statutory liability for defects applies.

9. Liability
For claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation
- for injury to life, body or health,
- for intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- for guarantee promises, if agreed, or
- insofar as the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on the observance of which the contracting party may regularly rely (cardinal obligations), due to slight negligence on our part, on the part of our legal representatives or vicarious agents, our liability is limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.
Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
10. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here. We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
Should individual clauses of these General Terms and Conditions be wholly or partially ineffective, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. Insofar as individual clauses are ineffective, the content of the contract shall be governed by the statutory provisions.
